Total Quality Maintenance Services, Inc. was established in 2001.

Our mission is to provide the best quality cleaning/janitorial services at a competitive price. We strive to please our customers. But most of all; we strive to have a trusting relationship with all of our customers. This is what we feel is the most important part of our business.

Mr. Saco worked for some of the largest janitorial companies throughout the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. He quickly earned the trust of his superiors: at the young age of 18 he was supervising a building of 22 workers.

He went on to attend college and began work in the marketing field. After 15 years in marketing, he decided to open up his own cleaning company. TQMS started with two small bank branches, which we still service today, as well as provides professional quality cleaning/janitorial services throughout the Baltimore/Washington corridor.

TQMS’s way of doing business is simple: “We say what we do. And we do what we say.” We do not make promises that we cannot keep.

All TQMS employees are trained to do a thorough job and to be pleasant to the customers/tenants at all times. Our employees are our representatives, so we make sure that they are top notch. All of our employees wear uniforms so they are easily identified for the safety and security of our customers and our employees while on site.

What we mostly pride ourselves on is customer service. We immediately correct any problems customers may have right away. We will meet with the customers at a moments notice. No problem is too small or too large for us to handle. Any concern of our customers is OUR concern. Our customers come first.
